JANUS Series Tri-Temp Test Handler
SESSCO Janus Handler is designed to accommodate small to medium IC packages. Available with expanded soak chamber to allow ample soak time for IC packages such as DIP, SOIC, PLCC, TO, custom and IC modules. Handler can be customized for MEMS applications and high voltage testing. Its versatility is in its adaptability, where it can replace older models of tri-temp test handlers, thus minimizing transition issues. Ideal for custom solutions.
